Brian Giese – Chief Executive Officer

Brian is a recognized thought leader in marketing and sales process, analytic CRM and database marketing with more than 25 years of operational experience. Prior to True Influence™, he was a Senior Vice President with Harte-Hanks Direct Marketing (NYSE: HH), a leader in data-driven marketing solutions to businesses worldwide.

Brian has been a marketing and sales advisor for global companies such as Oracle, Sun, Dunn & Bradstreet, NEC and Corporate Executive Board to name a few.  He is the author of I.T. Sales Boot Camp: Surefire Techniques for Selling Technology to Mainstream Companies (Adams Media 2002).

Brian earned a Masters Degree in Organizational Development from Villanova University.

Sean Kish – Chief Operating Officer

Sean is responsible for the company’s financial and operational execution enabling the company’s service delivery to its customers. He brings more than 12 years of private equity experience ranging from early stage technology companies to middle market operating companies. Sean is an experienced leader and before joining True Influence he served as the Chairman of Evergreen, a logistics company, leading them from $50M to $80M in annual revenues.

Sean earned a Masters Degree in Management from Carnegie Mellon University.

Tom Click – Senior Vice President, Sales

Tom is responsible for the overall sales growth and revenue strategy at True Influence. In addition to tracking monetary goals, Tom’s responsibilities include identifying new products and revenue streams that contribute to the overall strategy of the organization. He brings over a decade of sales and sales management experience in online demand generation. Prior to True Influence, Tom spent nearly 12 years at TechTarget (NASDAQ: TTGT), from start-up to Initial Public Offering, and beyond. Most recently, he was the Sr. Director of Sales for one of TechTarget’s largest business units. When Tom is not managing his team at work, he is focused on his main passion – enjoying life with his wife and 2 young sons.

Tom earned a BA Degree from the University of Massachusetts, Isenberg School of Management.

Radhakrishnan (RK) Maniyani – Chief Technology Officer

RK brings more than 14 years of advanced design and management experience in CRM and Lead Management application software development to True Influence™. Most recently, RK served as a senior manager with CDC Software (CDC: NASDAQ), a leader in enterprise marketing automation and CRM software. There, RK led teams in the development of advanced CRM design and infrastructure scalability.

Before CDC Software, RK spent time in software development at Tata InfoTech and i2 Technologies.

RK earned an Engineering Degree from Calicut University and a Masters Degree from Birla Institute of Technology

Roy Rajan – Vice President, Product Marketing

Roy is a seasoned Product Marketing Professional with over ten years of experience in online marketing at companies like IBM, TCS, CDC Software and Regalix. Roy is an expert at designing and executing integrated, customer-centric, online marketing campaigns.

Roy has significant technical background working on leading enterprise marketing automation products. He earned an Engineering Degree in Electronics and Communication from Calicut University and completed a General Mangement Program in IT at IIM Calcutta.
