  • Coordinate Customer Service Team.   The customer service team lead manages employee schedules and ensures that the department is adequately staffed. Additionally, a customer service team lead also answers team members’ questions and provides advice and guidance.
  • Candidate will be responsible for working in tandem with our India and US Operations team in order to ensure True Influence can offer true customer support and customer insights 24 hours a day.
  • Review and Resolve Escalations.  Candidate will be responsible for identifying and escalating situations requiring urgent attention. Turn around responses times are 2-4 hours for customer inquiries and 4-6 hours for internal inquiries unless otherwise prioritized.
  • Candidate will be responsible for tracking client issues and documenting resolutions, metrics and SLA’s through our ticketing system.
