She is a strong proponent of learning by doing, and motivates her team by listening, engaging, and removing obstacles so they can excel. She understands that the best work is done through collaboration, practicing gratitude, and making time for fun.

With more than 20 years of experience leading sales teams to record growth and profitability, Amanda has a proven track record of success. Amanda’s Master’s degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology and her years as an Assistant Dean of Students has shaped her affinity for professional development programs such as sales training for her teams as well as for the customers she serves.

With a diverse background in the performance marketing/digital media/data space, Amanda is uniquely positioned to best serve the needs of today’s marketers by delivering high ROI programs and services that solve business objectives and exceed customer expectations. As a Dance mom Extraordinaire

Amanda lives in Chicago with her husband, daughter, and two dogs. One of her favorite activities is cheering from the front row of her daughter’s many dance competitions, volunteering at school, family bike rides along the lakefront, and enjoying all city living has to offer, including shopping for vintage treasures.
