Karen’s strengths include partnering with key stakeholders for cross-collaboration, the creation of HR controls for adherence to best practices, and team leadership. Karen is able to plan for future growth and adapts easily to her environment to “get the job done.” Her motto is to empower her team with strength and confidence to take the lead on their assigned tasks.

Karen lives in the greater Philadelphia area with her husband and two children. When she’s not working, she likes cooking, traveling, or watching sports – Go GA Bulldogs!
